Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods and complete source code delivery, sales on PixelCode BD are generally final once the download has been initiated or the source code delivered.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

• The item is completely broken or malfunctions in a verified standard hosting environment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
• You have not downloaded the zip file or accessed the source code repository.
• You were charged multiple times for the same transaction in error.
